Renee is certified in breathwork and tapping. She works with clients to support them in breaking through emotional barriers that hold them back and stress reduction techniques to keep them moving forward. 

Renee will be teaching how the technique of tapping can reduce stress, bring clarity to difficult situations and promote overall wellness.  


Sharon Brisolara - July 29th, 2020

Dr. Sharon Brisolara is a writer, educator, and Director of Inquiry That Matters.  Inquiry That Matters offers coaching and consulting services including program evaluation and design, appreciative inquiry, mindfulness and arts-based learning experiences, equity impact assessments, and design thinking approaches to organizational development.  Sharon also offers poetry workshops (currently online) through Poetic Justice Rising. Tina Boyd - August 5th, 2020

Tina is a semi-retired finance professional, personal chef and kitchen coach. She moved her home base to Mount Shasta in January this year from the East Coast to pursue her dream of sharing her passion for preparing simple, clean and delicious food with others. 


While working in a Corporate finance role in the fashion industry, Tina completed a chef certificate program at a culinary program in NYC focused on health supportive principles in cooking and food preparation.  Her vision is to inspire others to take control of their health by teaching them to prepare easy home cooked meals. When she is not in her kitchen experimenting with recipes, you can find her exploring the trails on or around Mt Shasta.
