We consistently push ourselves and those around us to improve. We fight for our seat at the table. We aim high. We take things seriously – whether it’s a meeting with a CEO or being in the moment with a child. We collaborate. And we stand together as sisters and brothers with that goal in mind – to better lead humanity.
Sometimes what we realize we've spent all our time doing is not what we believe in our hearts to be what really matters. Women especially feel pulling in extensive different directions with a sense of obligation to show up well for everyone.
Most women report feeling like they just aren't ever doing enough. Report feeling like they have to prove themselves worthy their job. And that's of ALL their jobs. Wearing EVERY hat with a sense of responsibility that they each are in fact theirs to wear.
There are those people who just always seem to be the go to resource to get things done. You may be one of those people. But even those people struggle with those areas of their lives that actually making progress and getting things done eludes them. We're going to get real about why some seem to always be moving forward while others do not.
